Eight trucks. One screen. Pick your game. Race, lob, score, steal a flag or claim the hill. Four local drivers. Friends on phones. One room for the whole crew.
OFFLINE PRACTICE · Up to four local drivers on the same screen. Shared multiplayer needs the server ZIP.

Online diagnostics: last 10 seconds of driving. Corr counts corrections over 0.1 world units; avg/max show distance per update. Pending counts unacknowledged inputs, including network transit. Q shows the server queue now/maximum; gap is the longest observed input silence at the server; snap is time since the last received snapshot. FPS, latency and these values freeze while this menu is open.
MORE TRACK. LESS THUMB WORK.
Left thumb: touch, then slide a little to steer. Returning to your touch point straightens the wheels. Double-tap and hold the second touch to boost. Right thumb: hold for full gas. Pull down to ease off, farther to brake. Slide back up for gas. Lift your thumb to release.
Optional. Thumb steering always works without motion access.
TRACK / FOLLOW changes only your view. Keep these controls when looking at the TV, or watch your own truck here. Uses all available browser space; fullscreen support depends on your browser.

YOUR ROOM / YOUR CREW
KEEP THE NIGHT GOING.
The host can change the mode or track without anyone rejoining.
Mode or track changes reset lap times and put everyone on the grid. Your room, invitation, names and controllers stay together.
Warm up together. Start closes entry and runs the lights. After the winner, others get 30 seconds to finish. Recovery keeps earned race laps.
CHASSIS / DRIFT CONTROL
HOLD IT. OR LOSE IT.
Lift or brake to start a slide. Balance throttle and countersteer to carry it through the corner. Try 15 · BALANCED for the latest playtested balance; 40 · FLOW remains available for larger slides. Meter RT through the exit; release it to save fuel.

How hard a clod throws a truck. Changing it keeps everyone's timing.
100% uses unassisted, nonlinear axle dynamics. It is this game's most realistic handling model, not a calibrated real-world trophy-truck simulator.
One setting for humans and CPUs. Applying a change clears old timing samples and excludes the current transition lap. Your trucks, position and nitro stay intact.
YOUR CONTROLLER / YOUR CONTROLS
PLUG IN. MAKE IT YOURS.
Connect your controller, then press a button.
No active gamepad
STEER 0% · GAS 0% · BRAKE 0%
Analog steering, gas, brake and boost keep their pressure sensitivity. Center the steering and release gas, brake and boost after joining or resuming. Recovery invalidates a Continuous timed lap; Race keeps your earned laps and returns you to the last checkpoint. Bluetooth / USB pairing happens in your device settings. Some browsers need a controller button press before detecting it. Up to four controllers, with keyboards filling remaining seats. Unknown layouts can be configured above. ARROWS / Space / R, and WASD / Shift (Ctrl alternate) / E. Hold Shift for longer boosts: browsers reserve Ctrl+W. During racing, device assignments stay fixed until you apply them in PLAYERS; unplugging never steals another truck.
Use localhost or HTTPS for gamepad access. A plain HTTP network address may allow racing but block controllers.
LOCAL CREW / UP TO FOUR
EVERYONE GETS A TRUCK.
Connect your pads and press a button on each. Controllers get the first seats; the keyboards follow. Applying this layout releases all controls. Center sticks before resuming.
Adding drivers uses available room seats or replaces slower CPUs. A full human grid cannot be displaced. Reducing this count removes the highest-numbered local players. The room's race continues in this menu.
REAL MULTIPLAYER / SAME NETWORK
ONE HOST. EVERYONE RACES.
1. Extract the multiplayer ZIP on one computer. 2. Install Node.js 22+ and run START-SERVER.cmd. 3. Everyone opens the network address printed in that window. 4. Create a race; friends choose Join and the TV chooses Watch.
The offline HTML cannot connect different devices. The host must stay running. No separate server is needed on each phone.
